When should banner sessions take place?
Banner sessions ideally are scheduled in advance of the sports season to allow time for photographing, image selection, design, and delivery. Most sessions take place a couple weeks prior to the start of the season just as tryouts end. They can take place prior to tryouts of a team or organization is already certain of their senior athletes.
How are images selected for banners?
A watermarked gallery of images is delivered to each athlete within two days of the scheduled sessions. Athletes are able to select the desired image for their banner within the photographer's timeline.
Are banners designed for us?
Yes. Banner design is part of the process. Each banner is thoughtfully designed to align with your program’s style and layout needs, creating a clean, professional presentation that works well in gyms, stadiums, or athletic facilities.
Do we receive digital files as well?
Banner imagery is created specifically for large-format display. Additional digital usage options may be available for purchase depending on your program’s needs and can be discussed during planning.
How are banners delivered?
Finished banners are delivered ready for display based on your program’s agreed-upon specifications. Delivery details and timelines are clearly communicated in advance so there are no surprises. Once ordered, banners are usually delivered within a week.
